Sanskrit

Post by Colm Roe » Sat May 05, 2018 8:29 pm

Pure as a monk
and sky-clad
I entered this world
and regardless of time
shedding skin
and generic Sunday service absolution
under my clothes
karma's pock marks
like join-the-dots
proliferate invisible
not as bad as the last time
but not good enough
to send me skyward
this time.

Nice use of a recent theme, Colm. I'm impressed by how quickly you were able to turn it to your main, ongoing discussion. The Jainist element works beautifully.

Thanks Linda.
And thanks again for reconnecting me to that sect. I have thought about them often, and now think, if we do reincarnate, I used to be one and hated the discomfort so much I regressed to my current state
Still loving 'Sky-clad'. Don't be surprised if I use it often  :)
