A friend of mine invited me to join here.

I am Branwen Drew. I am a poet, artist, and a librarian. I am been writing poetry for five years and doing visual art for as long as I can remember. I live in the beautiful Mohawk River Valley on the edge of the Adirondacks in Rome, NY.

I see you found your way to our National Poetry Month Celebration, as well.

We do have some folks here with serious visual arts backgrounds.

Well said. This and every other writing site is a 100% step up from Facebook. Unless you're on FB to keep up with family birthdays, etc. But that doesn't take long, right?
