poet-e -  It is a physical book available in several outlets, like Amazon and others. In the case of this "proverb", I simply Googled the the whole proverb and was directed to this blurb from the book.  Hardly like doing research, Linda, as in the days of nose in books and indexes and bibliographies...

Sorry to be vague, Linda.  You left out the "i" in what I suspect was the word "doing" regarding the book, leaving us with "dong".  Ya, I know - very funny -  ha ha ha
