Well thecquestions allow interpretive wiggle room. The first can be answered as the reader can only infer the lonliness of the N who maybe wasn' t lonely at all. The second makes a liar of us all including the N

Tim i had no expectations and therefore none were disappointed. I merely commented my perception. It was not a comment on the quality purely what i read. The poem is short and for that gets a lot in.

I find this interesting and curious. There is indeed a touching poem in here about two people but which interrupts itself to mexitate on the N's view of himself.
